I recently visited Toys R'Us in San Angelo, TX during regular business hours on 7/3/01 at
12:45pm. The Orkin Service was being applied while customers, including children & infants,
were present. I witnessed the store manager signing Orkin's service record and also could smell
the pesticide. I asked the Orkin Rep if he was aware of restrictions on spraying while customers
where present and he replied that there were none. He quickly left the store as I asked for his
name. I reported my complaint to the store manager and obtained the Toys R'Us Guest Service
number for reporting complaints. I have left a message with Toys R'Us Administration.

Do you know which Federal &/or State agencies this should be reported to? Any suggestions for
contacting appropriate agencies?
