Does anybody know how far north this plant will survive the winters? We live in northwest Wyoming. It is growing real good this summer but will it survive our cold winters?

Hi Bud,to be on the safe side I would dig up the tubers after your first light frost. You can leave a couple of tubers in the ground and do an experiment on how hardy they really are. I would mulch them heavily and be sure and mark the area where you will be leaving them in the ground.
For the tubers you dig up I would dust them with sulfur and let them dry up a little and then store them in some dry peat moss in a area that will not freeze. Good Luck.......
