Hi KR, The only way I can be of any help, is to give you the phone number to The Dallas Organic Club 972-272-0097. I would also look in to subscribing to the 'Dirt Doctors Dirt'a monthly publication and maybe even Acre's USA.
The information in both of these publications would be of great interest to you. Wholesale sources I would go to is www.growit.com there is a wealth of wholesale growers and producers.
