I have this plant for 4 years. All of a sudden it is dying. I am freaking out. It is close to 3 feet tall. The very ends are drooping. I have never cut it and only transplanted it once.
The leaves are dropping and drying up. I took out some of the soil and replaced with fresh and watered it. It seems to be cold at touch even tho it is inside. The new shoots have come out and died. it is like right at the joints something is breaking or stopping the growth. The branches are limp.
