TGS Arlington Gourd Patch Meeting & Pot-Luck

November 21, 2004
Texas Gourd Society's (TGS) Arlington Gourd Patch will hold its monthly meeting Sunday November 21, 2004, at the Fielder House Museum, 1616 West Abram (corner of Abram and Fielder Roads), central Arlington, Texas.
Meeting is 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This meeting includes a pot-luck luncheon with an international theme.
Also, a craft item swap (does not have to be gourds - any craft item will do).
The program consists of a presentation and demonstration by two club members of Kumihimo, the Japanese name for the art of cord-making via braiding. These braided cords are then used for weaving on gourd projects.
